I have just this morning switched to Bulb and have received information as to how I now need to let you have readings etc, but nothing about letting my existing provider know I a, switching or when and how to provide them with a last meter reading. Could you tell me how this works please?
You should get an email from Bulb a few days before going live asking for a meter reading. They will then pass this to the old supplier so that they can generate a final bill for you. You shouldn’t need to send anything to your old provider directly.
Hi @Wiggins1 - we deal with your current supplier - we can see who they are through the national databases, and once you provide your opening reading we send it to them so that they use it as their closing reading.
