Hi there, I’ve recently switched to you from SSE . I can see my gas account with SSE is closed down but my electric account still showing as Active. Is this normal as thought they would’ve both been closed now?

@Fionagarl, sometimes it can take different lengths of time for the final gas and electricity readings to get through to your old supplier (as they go via a third party first for checking). I wouldn’t be worrying yet.
