Hi @Stacy, your final meter readings go from Bulb via a third party for checking and then onto your old supplier.
Along with the third party checks, some suppliers love to drag the process out to take as long as possible, especially if you’re in a large amount of credit. The longer they can keep hold of your money, the better…
If you’re concerned, your old supplier would be the right company to talk to. If they say they haven’t yet received the final meter readings, you could contact Bulb to make sure they’ve definitely been sent in your old supplier’s direction, or just wait it out for a bit longer.
