I’ve switched from Utilita prepayment. Can I successfully switch to Bulb? Will I need a credit check? Does anyone know what happens? Thank you

Hi Nikki! It sounds like you are on Smart Prepayment meters with Utilita. If so you can switch to us no problem. We don’t need to change your meters. Utilita will remotely change the meters setting so it works as a credit or direct debit meter going forwards. You don’t need a credit check :slight_smile:
