Hi. My switch was completed yesterday but my old supplier is still taking money, when does this stop.
It may be a case of them waiting until your readings have been verified by a 3rd party. When I switched to Bulb I had some credit with the old supplier and I just cancelled my dd with them but they still held on to some money until all had been verified and final bill was sent.
ah right. well iv gone into emergency credit with the previous supplier so am hoping it will be sorted before all that runs out.
I would contact Bulb on Monday to discuss with them or use the live chat facility, I am sure they will sort it for you.
