Hi I recently went through the internet to join Bulb but haven’t had a confirmation email. I was wondering do they tell me current supplier I wish to leave. Also just double checking I don’t have to have a smart meter installed do I ?

Bulb will advise you previous supplier (I have no idea why you haven’t received a confirmation email)

You do NOT have to have a smart meter installed.

@Catherine1975 Your switch has been processed. You should have had a welcome pack on the 2nd of September. Can you let me know if you don’t have this?
