Ive just signed up for bulb green energy and i am currently on smart meters its says when signing up that your supply dosent get cut off whilst the switch takes place my go live date for the switch is 31st of may will i need to add credit to my current account or does your supply not get cut off

You wont be cut off during the switchover process.

I assume you have set up a direct debit with Bulb, if so around about the time of your switch Bulb will collect your first direct debit payment and add it to your Bulb account to meet the one month in advance requirement mentioned in https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003405632-How-do-Bulb-payments-and-statements-work-
