Hi am in the process of switching to bulb from a prepay meter to a direct debt. My current meter is showing low on credit and I’m worried it will run out . How do I top this up? My old supplier app won’t let me login and I’m a bit worried as I’m not fully switched to bulb yet and have a small child in the property.

Given the circumstances I’d suggest phoning Bulb first thing tomorrow morning for a definitive answer. Us fellow customers on here can only guess.
