Taking money from my account

Had over £300 taken from my account without my consent, and was told it was a computer glitch. Still waiting for refund.

We’re really sorry you’ve had a poor experience with Bulb, it certainly doesn’t meet the standards of service that we aim to deliver. I can see that this has been refunded back and should be in your account within 3 working days if not already.

I am still unsure why you credited my account £305 ,the took it back the next day, and still tell me I’m in debt when I’m using very little gas or electric.
