Taking payments but no statement since smart meter installation

Hi. Had smart meter installed on 20 November.

Bulb are still continuing to collect direct debit payments but our account is now £322 in credit.

We’ve not received any statement since installation and have been assured by Bulb that they have been getting electric and gas readings every 30 minutes.

Can this be looked into please. Absolutely no one available on Bulb chat.

Since having my smart metre fitted in October I haven’t had a bill or statement to download and my credit keeps going up as payments are still taken. Why is this & how do I get a statement?

Hi Georgie, I’ve also had no statements since Oct. I’ve tried every means possible to raise this without success. Please would you email me? Would be so grateful.
