I am confused - I decided to join Bulb when i was looking at a price comparison website. I entered my usage figures for both my Gas and electricity and I was told I would save around £700 per year. I have now logged into my account as live bulb customer and the estimated Annual cost is now higher than what i was paying previously.
As long as you put in your estimated figures correctly when you signed up then you will have been quoted correctly. We only have one tariff at Bulb and it is the same for everyone.
The most common reason for the annual estimate to be higher than you expect is due to incorrect or estimated meter readings. These can be changed if they are wrong. So not to worry.
