I just submitted a reading today and noticed that my tariff rates for day and night have increased since I signed up four weeks ago. Should I get notification from bulb when my tariff rate changes?
Hi @Morven, we haven’t changed our prices recently, and if we did we would have absolutely let you know. Could you show us where you’re seeing different prices so we can have a look at it for you? It could be that you’re seeing prices with VAT in one place and without VAT in others.
