Telephone support - praise where it is due

In an age where all companies (Bulb included) try to get us to do online chat or FAQs in order to save the expense of employing call centre staff, it is refreshing to have a really useful chat by simply calling the number. They insist that it is only in emergencies, but I just rang 0300 30 30 635 and spoke to the expert and amiable Abdul for about 30 minutes to get clarification on my usage, billing and meter readings. This issue has been confusing me for some time and now it is all clear in my head.

Wouldn’t have got that from a website FAQ section. Thank you Abdul - and remember folks, there is a real number with real people if you need it. And Bulb, since you’ve increased my charges, perhaps you can see your way to increasing Abdul’s salary :slight_smile:
