Tenant Renting a Bulb flat

Hi Bulb, we are tenants and we have recently moved into a property that us Bulb to supply gas and electric. Could you let me know how I set up an online account? The landlord has advised he is changing the account name from his to mine.

I believe the landlord has to start the proceedings and then you would be contacted to agree to the name change etc.
