Termination fee

I have been charged £30 by my old supplier for switching to Bulb. How do I provide the bill from my old supplier to you for you to credit my account?

Hi @Smmarsh, you’ll need to email a scan/pdf/clear photo of your final bill itemising the charges to help@bulb.co.uk.

Within a week or so, this should then have been credited back to you.
