the address you have for my post code is incorrect

just to let you know that edf original reading,which was a estimated reading was completely wrong.i have complained about this to them,and given several readings.i have no confidence that they can resolve it,thank you

It’ll be best to drop Bulb an email at (see for their phone number and live chat) providing your correct address, postcode and meter readings. I’m sure they’ll be able to sort things out for you.
