The Answer To Why Bulb Prices Haven’t Dropped

Everyone seems confused but it literally took me 5 minutes to ask them.

Sorry I don’t buy this explanation at all. According to https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/data-portal/electricity-prices-day-ahead-baseload-contracts-monthly-average-gb the prices since Feb 2019 have not fallen 4% they have fallen by 22%. Worse than this they have fallen over 41% since september 2018.
