The app hasn’t shown electricity for 5 months now why?

I have constantly contacted bulb & advised that the app isn’t showing electricity use. I was told it will be resolved. Why is this?

I have the second generation start metre, everything worked fine, then one day no electricity showing. That’s it. Nothing changed, just stopped being there. Even the previous months days, that had been there.
