That’s very impressive. Well done Team Bulb!

It would be interesting to see a figure for the volume of calls taken. With over 200k members, they’re no longer a tiny company and I wonder if part of the reason why they’re so quick is because most people have no need to actually ring them up!

From my time working support I can say that call response is rarely the best metric. Taking one phone call in a day and having them wait for 30 seconds is far better than 200 calls a day answered in less than 10 seconds!

Obviously it’s nice for the customer to get through quickly though :slight_smile:

@mowcius You’re right we try to give our member’s information in the best way possible so they have no need to call up
