The only option on my bulb account is to join the community

After logging into my bulb account the only option I have is to join the community. I’m looking for the option to submit my meter reading but cannot find it anywhere.

Even after using external links I’m just brought to a page where my only choice is to join the community.

I’ve just sent over a password reset email, so you can create and log in to your Bulb account.
