I have been with Bulb for more than a year and gave multiple readings but Bulb kept on estimating my usage and now I am in debit! I use the App to forward readings. Why has this happened? Also I have economy 7 so when are the day time and night time tarifs start and end? When are we getting Smart meters installed in YO3? Thanks
Heya @Sandrine. We’ve received 2 sets of readings form you since you joined Bulb. In order to have each monthly statement up to date, please send over your readings just before your statements are sent out - we send you a reminder each month.
