to stay or not to stay

I’ve received notification that I am leaving Bulb. I never initiated it and have been trying unsuccessfully to contact you to discuss this. As far as I’m concerned, I’m a bulb customer and wish to remain so. What can I do to reverse this? I never said or wrote that I was leaving Bulb. Twice I’ve spoken to representatives, one of whom is called James who promised to solve this problem but nothing appears to have been done. Please advise what I can do.

@bulb1306, a phone call to say you do not wish to switch should be plenty.

They can then reject the switch request from whatever company has tried to switch you, and all should be good.
