Top up card. Only been waiting for 5 months

What does it take for this company to help their customers? It’s hardly surprising that they went into administration because their customer service is awful. I’ve only been waiting since November and have asked several times for help. Looks like this is time to cut ties and go with a company that at least pretends to care about their customers.

If you haven’t received them within the next 10 working days, please get in touch so we can chase this up for you.
