Top up meter - Wrong rates

Hello,

On 20/11/2019 I used your meter key for the first time, the rates changed but they are not correct. Furthermore it appeared a debit of 766.00£ and a charge/week of 5.00£ for it.

This is what appears now:

Charge/week: 6.86£

Rate1: 15.29 Pence/KWh

Rate2: 7.77 Pence/KWh

Debit:766£

Debit Charge/week: 5.00£

I wrote to help@bulb.co.uk on 20/11/2019 and to complaints@bulb.co.uk on 25/11/2019 but I did not receive any answer. In the meanwhile I’m losing a lot of money. Is there anyone able to help?

I need help ASAP please.
