Top up option missing

Ive just opened the app to top up my electric and that option is missing, the option to top up the gas is there though! Any suggestions?

I have the exact same issue - no option to top-up electricity, but gas is working fine

How did you fix it? Not even had it a week lol

I haven’t - I’ve reported it by email, and am now trying to phone Bulb, but stuck on hold

Yeah, I had to wait a while on hold, but they sorted it out in about three minutes. Be aware the line is only open office hours, 9-5 Mon-Fri.
