Top up problems

I topped up my gas on my prepayment meter on the 7th, however it’s not letting me top up today. It’s only showing my electricity account on the app. Please advise as my gas credit is very low.

You will need to phone/chat on Monday for a password/ account reset.
Don’t know much about “smart meters” but presumably there is a way of accessing emergency credit
