Top up smart meter

Is anyone else having problems topping up using the app? I have been trying to add a card for payment and i keep getting add card page even tho i have authorised via bank and saved card details.

Thanks for your post on community, we are sorry you have had issues with this. There was a slight delay on the app shorly last week for topping up but this should be resolved now, are you able to do this now?
