Topcashback cancelled

I have already asked this question and Topcashback have referred back to Bulb.
As far as I can tell it was cancelled by Bulb and now sits with you for hopefully an agreement that I am due what’s owed, I signed up in April and I’m disappointed that there has no interest shown to sort it out.

As this is account specific, you’ll be best to email Bulb directly at help@bulb.co.uk (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) so they can lookup your account details and coordinate with Topcashback. There’s a number of reasons the trackback may not have triggered correctly between the systems, but the Bulb staff should be able to find out and fix things.

Thanks for the info, it did track but then was cancelled 3 months later. I’ll look to make contact with someone.
