Signed up to Bulb via Topcashback for a £60 cashback a few weeks ago (its dropped to £30 now), but the transaction didn’t track properly. Topcashback need an account no./reference to try and find it, but Bulb don’t give either on any documentation or in my online account. What details can I give them? Don’t want to loose out on my cashback!
