Hi @Cameron1510 To clarify, for direct debit members, the credit gets applied to both parties once the switch has happened. For prepay members, an email will be sent from TransferWise to both parties once the first top up has been added to the meter

Only the new member receives the email from TransferWise. As far as I’m aware there is no notification to the referrer when the new customer has first topped up.
