Topped up by mistake for a smart meter

Hi, I got the bill for Jan 2021. Instead of setting up direct payment, I chose top-up. I got the revised bill now the total amount (bill for Jan + top-up amount) is billed. Kindly update how to rectify this?

We won’t take your first direct debit until March, so this top up payment can count as the equivalent as this months payment? Or would you rather it be refunded? If we refund it, your account will end up in debit. Let me know what you’d like to do.
