I’ve switched to bulb, but I don’t have a top up option online? I can’t use the app because it’s apparently down?
So I don’t know how I’m supposed to top up.

I’m sorry to hear this but we can indeed get that sorted for you! I have sent you an email now detailing what has taken place here, and how to assist you with topping up through the app.

The app is still saying down for maintenance when I sign in. I still can’t top up.
I’m worried my electric and gas will go off, I have a child living here so I can’t really let it go off.
