Total failure to deliver on Smartthings

I moved to Bulb from Ecotricity in March last year after following a link via the Smartthings App on my Samsung tablet. After many, many emails (7 months worth) Samsung were unable to fulfil their promotion, and thus far Bulb (despite many chats/calls) have not replaced my Ecotricity supplied Geo Trio II with one of their Chameleon IHD 6s that would work with the App. It’s so disappointing that yet another energy supplier can fail to deliver.
