I have just recently joined bulb but when I use the link to track the status of where we are in the setting up process, it takes me to community. I can never seem to access our actual account. Any help or advice will be gratefully received

This seems to be happening on a regular basis and you should contact Bulb for them to sort it out for you. Bulb’s contact details are on the bottom of the Help page which you can access by clicking the Help button at the top of this page.
