Transfer account

Hey there!
My flatmate is moving out and he said that he had transferred his account to me but I’m not getting any info or email.
He also asked me to register through his discount link but I can’t since the house is already using bulb.
What can I do at this point?

Talk to Bulb and explain the problem. Your flatmate should follow the “moving out” procedure and you should follow the “moving in” procedure.
