Hi, we transferred to you from Eon 24th May but this month (26 June 2017) Eon have taken a payment from our account of £166.80. Is this correct? It’s just that I thought everything had been finalised with them.
Hi @karen79 - we switched you over on the 25th of May. We would then expect E.ON to send a final bill and they may need to take a payment to settle any closing balance on the account. Have you received a final bill from E.ON yet?
