Transfer payment

I am a bulb customer at xxxxxxxx xxxx recently i introduced my mum as a customer bulb went live for her on 12th April xxxxxxxxx i hve tried changing the bank account sort code and account number to hers on her account but it is still showing my bank account

Secondly I havnt received my 50 pound for transferring her
