Transferwise payment problem

I have been waiting for an email from transferwise to get my £100 referral bonus since the 8th of feb. I have emailed bulb but had no reply can someone get in touch with me please

Hi @linzi2484, before we can issue the transferwise email, we need to receive confirmation from a third party company that you have topped up on both your key and card.

I can see that confirmation of your tops ups came in yesterday, therefore we will be issuing the transferwise email today.

I’ve replied to your email just incase there are any problems with that.

Still not received this email or payment

This seems to be a common occurence, numerous people having the same issue and being promised the TW emails and it doesn’t seem to be happening.

It’s really not on and if this is what their customer service is like I can’t see many people staying with them
