So i’ve not long switched over and my bill has come in at £68 for my electric which is over-estimated according to there live chat staff, now i’ve asked how to check this on an Economy 7 smart meter but the person live chatting isn’t responding anymore (even though we never finished sorting everything) so does anyone no how to do this seeing as Bulbs customer service is being shockingly bad.
Their live chat isnt a constant chat. Its an as and when they get to you. You could call them on 0300 303 0635 but expect a 15 minute wait.
