Two accounts

Hi I have two accounts with you but i can onley get in to the one because i used the same email, i need to enter my meter readings, please help. Mark

I believe if there are two addresses associated with the same account, you should be able to click on the address to change it.

If this isn’t the case, I would drop Bulb an email at and they’ll be able to look into it for you (other contact details are available - ).
