Two questions 15 characters

  1. A man from Morrisons came to read our electric meter in the 6th Sept but his reading do not seem to have fed back to you - I still had an estimated bill this time.

  2. I made an extra payment of £25 on the 28th Sept - but it’s still showing as pending - how long will this take to go through.

It doesn’t seem we have received that reading from the Morrison engineer. I can book a manual meter reader for 3 weeks time if that’s ok with you? Hopefully that will come through to us.

Your £25 payment will pend typically for between 5 and 10 days so should show in the account by the end of the week.
