Two statement corrections

Hi,

There have been two statement corrections applied to my account. I don’t know why and wasn’t expecting them. They appear to be reversals of the last two debits. My payments have continued as normal, so I am now heavily in credit. Could you investigate?

Sometimes we do statement corrections when we need to fix billing on your account, there might be some meter reads we need to check with you.

This rarely occurs but of course we apologise for the confusion.

Could you reply to my email when you can with the information needed and we will get this fixed for you,
