Unable to access account

Hi

I am unable to access my Bulb account.

I have tried both logging in via my username & password, and using a link sent to me by the website, but my account is unavailable.

I obviously have an account as you have no problem taking my money.

Could you fix this, please? Thanks.

@l1ngfield I’ve just sent you an email which contains a link that will allow you to access your Bulb account.

If you’re still having an issue it’s likely that your browser’s cache is remembering your old details. Can you clear your cache and try again?
