Unable to change my direct debit amount

Hi, i have had emails saying i need to increase my monthly amount but i am unable to do this on the app and When i go to the web site it takes me back to the app

(1) What Device & Operating System are you using to access the app?

(2) What Device, Operating System & browser are you using to access the website?

If your accessing both app & website on the same device, this is a default position to be convenient for the user, not in this case.

Generally you will need to stop your browser from automatically opening magnet links. typically using a different browser could stop it or clearing all the data in the browser, will stop this from happening but other measures might need to be exercised depending on browser & operating system.

Other option don’t try to access the website on the sane device that tge app is installed on.
