Unable to get any support from bulb

Every month my estimated bill is over double our usage and completely wrong!! I’ve submitted our correct reading a week ago and nothings updating. The chat now function just keeps saying unavailable. Over all terrible services and makes being a bulb customer very stressful as we are given a completely wrong and expensive bill every month and then can’t get any support to change it to the correct amount! Currently planning to leave bulb

Once the estimate get a certain amount out of wack, bulb will not accept manual reading and take them as mistakes, there also might be an issue with your account, as there was with mine. Call them or use the live chat when there open, I’d call them now on handsfree and give it a good 30 minutes doing something while you wait
