I have just returned to Bulb after a failed switch, I have an E7 single feed metre but my account has only 1 space for my readings so I am unable to input my day/night readings, can this be easily modified so I can put readings in. I have my readings noted down from when I left but can’t seem to get anyone on the phone

So the national database shows you have two electricity supply points at your property. We call this set up related meters.
Having related meters means you may have two separate electricity meters, or one meter with two supply points. On your account I can see it’s asking for two readings, so would you be able to confirm the readings you can see on your meter?
