Unable to log into Bulb account

Hi, I have tried everything to access my bulb account. Tried to sign in and failed. Reset the password numerous of times as it failed to login. Tried the instant link failed.

Not sure what else I can do. I needed to to submit my meter reading which I sent on the help email.
