Hello, I’m a new customer and set up an account 3 days ago.
I’m now unable to sign in with my email/password, nor when I fill out the required fields with name, address, DOB etc., despite many attempts.
When I click “Email me a link to verify password” and click on the link sent to me via email it then says " Error verifying email. We’re unable to verify your email. Please try again or give us a call." I’ve tried again numerous times.
I’m a private landlady and have set this account up online from abroad, for new tenants that moved into my property. I’m the other side of the world so am unable to call! Please can someone help me reset/access my account?
