Unable to sign into the bulb app!

I have just downloaded the bulb app from the App Store onto my iPhone 6s. When i attempt to sign in I put in my email address and hit ‘next’ and that’s it! Nothing happens! The ‘next ‘ button flashes briefly but does nothing. There are no other buttons to press. The screen just stays as is, showing the box to enter the email address. The screen does not scroll and I can neither go back or forward. I am stuck on a screen that does nothing! What am I doing wrong?

Hmm, that doesn’t sound right. Are you able to delete it and redownload and let us know if there are still any issues?
