Unable to submit meter reading online

Hi I am trying to submit a meter reading however there is no option to do so on the website. When I log in the account button takes me straight to the forum. The app has been offline for a few days so unable to do it there either.

I’m having the same problem. Just spoken to someone on chat who is going to send me a link with instructions. Let’s see if it works. If it doesn’t I’ll be disappointed

This is a common fault.

As @amar.akhtar said, you’ll need to contact Bulb for an account reset.
